Bulilima Rural District Council has invited members of the public and prospective investors to apply for commercial, service industrial, residential and institutional stands in selected centres across the district.

In an advertisement, the council said the stands were ready for application, presenting opportunities for individuals, businesses and institutions seeking to establish or expand their operations in the area.

The available stands are intended for a range of developments, including shops, offices, warehouses, business premises, service centres, workshops and light industrial operations. Residential stands are also available for people seeking to build homes, while institutional stands are earmarked for schools, clinics, churches, government facilities and other institutions.

According to the council, the stands are available in selected centres across Bulilima District, including Dlemela, Hadzika, Zompata, Dubula, Peace and Good Hope, Manda, Paul Rest, Dewondale, Gwakubela, Madlekuni, Mabhulana, Ntema, Tjankwende, Gombanye and Khekhethe.

The initiative is expected to create opportunities for business development, infrastructure expansion and investment in the district, while supporting local economic activity and service delivery.

Bulilima Rural District Council is encouraging prospective applicants and investors to take advantage of the available opportunities, particularly in locations it describes as strategic for businesses, homes and institutions.

Interested applicants have been advised to visit the Bulilima Rural District Council offices at Stand No. 220, Station Road, P Bag 5908, Plumtree, for application details.

The council operates under the motto, “Together We Build a Better Bulilima,” and promotes service delivery, development and prosperity as part of its broader vision for the district.
